Vision: Ubex is a global decentralized advertising exchange that aims to make it easier for publishers and advertisers to securely interact with each other while using blockchain as an mediator. They use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain to solve major problems such like: Facing scams through ads; irrelevant ads; lack of funding; ineffective advertising; junk traffic; low earnings etc. Advertisement industry is far from perfect and in time it even gets worse. Unique Ubex solution is needed in modern life, it helps all parties (Advertisers, Internet users, Publishers) to receive better services. They are creating a revolutionary idea and if developers manage to create good BETA version of the product, it could easily become this market leader.

Product: UBEX is built on Ethereum blockchain. They have already showed us that they have a working Alpha version of the product. Fully working Beta product version is aimed to be released on Jan 2019. We can see that the team is not wasting any time for product launch, and this ussualy indicates long term success in projects. Advertisement market is huge and UBEX team is trying to disrupt old order with new technologies.

Team: Their team consists of 13 team members and 4 advisors. Looking into their business profiles we can definitely see that they have huge experience in start up projects and also blockchain industry. CEO and few other team members previously managed and helped several successful ICO projects, that always is a great sign. Also their IT and legal staff has a good background. Overall the general team looks very strong and reliable, the only thing that concerns me that they do not have big blockchain names in their advisory board. Without them it will be hard to attract retail investors.

Token Structure: Token hard cap is reasonable for this kind of platform, their bonuses are also not to high. They have no private or pre-sale which is very unusual nowadays for ICO start ups, but it makes more opportunities for retail investors which is very desirable now. There is one concerning factor, they have long lasting ICO funding period, it means that if you invest in the project, your tokens will be locked for longer time.
